Welcome!
Do you want to feel more able to "respond vs. react" to your partner and gain more emotion regulation in your relationship?
Are you wanting to better understand and change your core beliefs and views of yourself and your partner that "get in the way" of connection and effective communication in your relationship?
Are you wanting to learn how to communicate in a relationship in a more effective and connected way?
Are you feeling disconnected from a partner?
Are you feeling anxiety in relationship?
Do you have a fear of rejection yet are wanting to increase emotional intimacy in a relationship?
"It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
-Alan Cohen"
Megan will work with you from a personable, empathetic, and engaging approach in making the positive changes you are seeking for your relationship, for yourself, or in your recovery or trauma healing so that you might experience more joy and more emotion regulation in day to day life, feel happier in your relationships and experiencing greater emotional intimacy, and be living life from a place of courage with less negative core beliefs about yourself. In a life lead by courage, it is possible to grow and thrive instead of simply survive.
About Megan Lewis
I work with couples from an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to begin to understand the "dance" they are engaging in that has created disconnection, learn to understand themselves and their partner's experience in a new way, and be able to respond differently to create new ways of communicating and connecting.

Information on Parking:
There is free parking in the garage. Just enter the garage where you see the 975 building sign (not 925) and please pay attention to the signage as you drive on the opposite side of the garage as you would think. You can park in any unmarked parking spot (one without a business name). If you park on the second level near the "Mollner Dentistry" sign on the garage wall, you can enter the double doors into the building, and my suite is on the left. The ground floor has street side metered parking options, and, if you park on the ground level, you would just enter the building through the glass doors, once the doorman has "buzzed" you in, and take the elevator to the second level.
