Welcome!
Are you someone who uses humor to hide your emotions?
Are you anxious about expressing yourself to others or showing vulnerability?
Is fear or anxiety a guide in your life?
Do you project to others that you "have it all together" but not actually feel that way on the inside?
Is anxiety or fear getting in the way of what you want in your life or in your relationship?
Are you looking for personal growth or improving your relationship?
"It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
-Alan Cohen"
It can become exhausting to operate from a place of control and anxiety. Fear and anxiety are part of what drives an eating disorder, keeps trauma from healing, and keeps a relationship from feeling more connected and authentic. Megan will work with you in making the positive changes you are seeking for your relationship, for yourself, or in your recovery so that you might experience more joy, feel happier in your relationships, and be living life from a place of courage. In a life lead by courage, it is possible to grow and thrive instead of simply survive.
About Megan Lewis
I work with couples from an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to begin to understand the "dance" they are engaging in that has created disconnection, learn to understand themselves and their partner's experience in a new way, and be able to respond differently to create new ways of communicating and connecting.

Information on Parking:
There is free parking in the garage. Just enter the garage where you see the 975 building sign (not 925) and please pay attention to the signage as you drive on the opposite side of the garage as you would think. You can park in any unmarked parking spot (one without a business name). If you park on the second level near the "Mollner Dentistry" sign on the garage wall, you can enter the double doors into the building, and my suite is on the left. The ground floor has street side metered parking options, and, if you park on the ground level, you would just enter the building through the glass doors, once the doorman has "buzzed" you in, and take the elevator to the second level.
