Megan will work with you in making the positive changes you are seeking for your relationship, for yourself, or in your recovery so that you might experience more joy, feel happier in your relationships, and be living life from a place of courage. I work with couples from an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to begin to understand the "dance" they are engaging in that has created disconnection, learn to understand themselves and their partner's experience in a new way, and be able to respond differently to create new ways of communicating and connecting.
